Step Two
The Proposal

Our analysis/proposal is the best in the business. This is where you'll get to see precisely what it is we can do for you. It will show you in very specific detail where your currently telecom dollars are being spent - what your traffic distribution looks like and what your actual current net costs per minute are in each category of usage.

Note: Our clients are often surprised (shocked might be a better word) to find out how different their actual net costs are compared to what their contract rates are. This is due to things like inferior billing platforms and varying methods of call rounding. Don't assume you know what you're actually paying - it can differ violently from the per minute rates you were quoted by the rep you worked with. In fact, that's usually the case.

Description: The proposal/analysis will demonstrate where the proposed savings will be achieved, and precisely how much they will be in both dollars and percentages. Unlike many of our "competitors", we don't approximate - we'll show you to the penny what your savings would've been for that billing cycle had your service been with us as opposed to your current provider.

Important Note:
The example provided is an actual analysis/proposal we prepared for a call center client. They have 3 locations in the same state, each of which does about 1.5 million minutes of outbound interstate calling. They had a fairly "respectabe" post discount rate of about 1.9 cents per minute from one of the Big Three - we were still able to save them more than half a million dollars a year. And that doesn't include the substantial additional savings from the proportionate reduction in their taxes, the impact our billing platform had on their minute count, or the savings we achieved through more aggressive loop pricing.
