How do we do it?

You+Genesis = Synergy

We could tell you, but then we'd have to kill you.

Just kidding.

Actually, It's really not all that complicated. And quite logical. A key consideration is simply the fact that we've been at this for a very long time - in fact Genesis was "born" before the deregulation of the Telecom Industry. Since our focus has always been on voice intensive applications, we established ourselves long ago as a consistent and quality source of business for our chosen Carrier "partners". We provide our services to a rather sizable clientele, including many clients who each use many millions of minutes per month, whether they be outbound minutes, inbound minutes, or both. Because of the tremendous volume of business we represent to the carriers we've chosen to do business with (Tier 1 carriers like Qwest, MCI, and AT&T, as well as many others) and the quality and longevity of our personal relationships with them, we possess the influence and credibility it takes to negotiate truly remarkable pricing on a vast array of telecom products and services for our clients. In fact, our ability to offer such aggressive LD pricing has allowed us the privilege of providing long distance services to some of the most well known CLECs out there because we could actually secure better pricing for them than they could get for themselves. Imagine if your company used 500 times the amount of telecom services it does today and had been doing so for 12 years - what would that do to your negotiating position? That's the essence of what we've accomplished on your behalf.

A brief indulgence. But it's from the heart...

While we've worked extremely hard to put ourselves in this position, we also feel very fortunate to occupy the position that we do. As we continue to grow year after year, our position strengthens further, which in turn allows us to do an even better job for our clients. In fact, since the subject came up, we'd like to take this opportunity to briefly state something "for the record" - we're incredibly grateful for the tremendous loyalty we've been shown by our clients over the years, and we'd like to say "Thank You". Sometimes quite frustratingly, we live in a world where doing an exceptional job doesn't always glean the recognition and appreciation it deserves, and loyalty is never easy to come by. We are truly humbled by your continued patronage, we'll never take it for granted, and we will show our appreciation by remaining committed to the relentless pursuit of excellence.

Back to the future...

Our greatest strength has always been in the more traditional (TDM) dedicated voice segments of the market, but we do it all, and we do it all well. From local service(s) and dedicated inbound and outbound "Long Distance", to MPLS and domestic and international VoIP or SIP solutions, we can provide you with the optimal solution to your specific needs at pricing that was simply not available to you - until now. And while we can be of substantial benefit to clients of all sizes, we have proven to be of particular value to voice intensive industries like Call Centers (Inbound or Outbound), CLECs, and Teleconferencing Companies - because of their atypical call volumes and patterns, our rates and billing platforms (one of which was developed specifically for volume intensive apps - 6/1 increments with 4 decimal point billing) have a truly remarkable impact on their telecom expenditures - between our rates and billiing platform it's not at all uncommon for us to save these our clients as much as 30% - 40% or more as compared to their current pricing. And every dollar we save you translates dollar for dollar directly to increased net profit.

Show me the money. Or not.

Because we want you to have the complete picture of how this all works, let's briefly address the "nuts and bolts" side of this. As we mentioned earlier, you'll never pay us a dime for what we do for you. Unlike "consultants", we don't charge by the hour, nor do we take 50% of your savings - we don't think it's at all reasonable to save you a ton of money and then take half of it. Simply put, the contracts we've negotiated with all of our carrier partners require that they compensate us for every minute of traffic our clients pass on their network(s). Genesis was built that way from the start for two reasons;

1. We wanted to help as many businesses as possible. We realize It may sound a little, shall we say, unusual, but we've always seen ourselves as modern day crusaders of sorts, trying to rescue as many telecom intensive businesses as we can from overpaying for their requisite telecom services.
(See Our History for further insight.)

2. In order to help as many businesses as possible, we wanted to be able to provide our services at no charge to our clients, thereby dramatically simplifying the decision making process. It's one of the few decisions you'll ever be faced with where there is only upside - no downside. Period. That's why we can speak about our services with such conviction - we've never had a single client we haven't done a world of good for. Ever.

Here's a particularly straightforward question for you to consider; If we can demonstrate to you that we can provide you with the dual benefits of tremendous savings and vastly improved service and responsiveness, and there are no compromises or costs of any kind associated with said benefits, how difficult should this decision really be?

Ok. So we don't play fair sometimes. But it's to your benefit, so we're hoping you'll forgive us.

As far as your new services go, as is the case with all of our offerings, your invoice(s) will come directly from the Service Provider(s) we've recommended to you, and your payment will be made directly to those Service Provider(s). Your Service Agreement(s) will be "direct" with them. You'll simply go into our Rate Folder so you'll get our pricing, and we'll become your liason to them (unless for some reason you'd prefer to deal with them directly, which is also an option you've got. We actually had that come up once so we throw that out there now.) If Genesis were to fall off the earth tomorrow (which we would really prefer did not happen - we like it here), your service and pricing would be unaffected. That's how we've structured our agreements with the carriers so that you wouldn't have to worry about such things. Of course, you'd have to try to find someone else equally friendly, attentive, and experienced to take care of you while we drifted about in space. That won't be easy.

Reach out and touch us.

Regardless of what industry you're in, we want you to always feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email if you'd like to know more about any of our services - we'd enjoy the opportunity to discuss them with you at your convenience.

So now what?

Let us do a comprehensive analysis for you -
it will only take a few minutes of your time to get us the information we need. Let us show you what's possible. Even If you think you already have "aggressive" pricing, throw down the gauntlet. We're so confident we can provide you with truly dramatic savings regardless of who you're with or what you're paying, the analysis is on us - it will cost you absolutely nothing. We'll do all the work, and you'll see exactly what it is we can do for you based on your unique needs. Whether we can help you with some specific segment of this facet of your operation, or if you'd like us to help you with all of it, wer're extremely confident you'll quickly determine Genesis Telemanagement to be the company you've been looking for all along.

When you see the impact we can have on your business, you'll clearly understand why we keep saying...

Life is full of tough decisions. This isn't one of them.

we see too late the one that is open."
