Why Genesis?

The quick. And the dead...

In today's wildly competitive business climate, managing your overhead most effectively is mission critical to the success of your business. Maximum profitability literally depends on it.

The telecom business is constantly evolving. We'll make sure you evolve with it.

Since our inception in 1995, Genesis Telemanagement has been on the front lines guiding telecom intensive businesses through a myriad of radical changes, optimizing the solutions required for their particular application and maximizing every telecommunications dollar they spend. That's what we do. That's all we do. It's the reason we exist.

Let's face it - in telecom intensive industries like the Call Center Industry, telecom is invariably one of your largest line items - a "necessary evil", if you will - often surpassed only by your payroll. Our ability to dramatically reduce your telecommunications expenditures will not only positively impact your profitability, but it can produce the windfall effect of giving you a measurable advantage over your competition. Over the past 12 years, our services have increased the profitability of our clientele by literally millions and millions of dollars - dollars they would have otherwise "donated" unnecessarily to their previous service provider(s). We don't think you should pay anymore than you have to, and it's our job to make sure you don't. That's just one of the many reasons why
our clients are perhaps the most fiercely loyal in the telecom industry - an industry where loyalty is most certainly not the norm. We were the first, and we're still the best.

We didn't start the fire...

To say that t
he telecom industry has changed violently
over the years would be a grotesque understatement. Remember "Ma Bell"? (By the way, it looks like she's back.) The divestiture of AT&T way back in 1984 ultimately led to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and all the changes, confusion, and craziness that ensued. It spawned a plethora of CLECs and no-name Long Distance companies that seemed to appear virtually overnight - many of whom disappeared almost as suddenly as they had arrived. Mergers, acquisitions, and bankruptcies (Iridium, ICG, Exodus, PSI Net, Winstar, 360 Networks, Teligent, and WorldCom to name just some of the bigger ones) became a regular occurrence. Disturbingly, in many cases this left their unaware and uninformed customers with no service and nowhere to turn for help, unwitting participants in but one of what seemed like perpetual telecom catastrophes. Telecom stocks collapsed, customers were orphaned, and billionaire CEOs went to prison. We witnessed the advent of IP / VoIP and the rather significant changes and challenges it brought (and often continues to bring) with it. Meanwhile the Internet became an integral part of our collective lives, both personally and professionally. ISDN / PRI, Frame Relay, ATM, MPLS, and a host of other acronyms became part of our vocabulary. Off-Shore & Overseas Call Centers have come, and gone, and come again. Suddenly everyone knew the names of several cities in India. DNC compliance issues created a whole new set of challenges - and major headaches - which quickly inspired fully integrated and reasonably cost effective network/switch based DNC compliance products. Colocation facilities and Data Centers everywhere. Monstrous bandwidth requirements. Insanely elaborate and e-commerce friendly corporate websites. Email, teleconferencing, and now video conferencing are just another part of doing business in today's astonishingly telecom intensive world. Relentless advances in telecommunications and the corresponding reduction in associated costs gave birth to entirely new market segments, while catapulting some existing markets like Call Centers into the stratospheric realm of multi billion dollar businesses. It's been a wild ride, and we've been there through all of it, providing our clients with the objectivity, expertise, pricing, and support they need to maintain their competitive advantage and ensure their continued success. And we'll keep right on serving those needs as the Telecom Industry proceeds with its tumultuous and sometimes agonizing evolution. That's what we do here.

And, perhaps most unusually, we've always provided our services at absolutely no cost to our clients.

Yes, we know that's odd. We are a unique company with a unique business model. But we didn't want your decision to be affected by the traditional cost / benefit equation, so we just took cost completely out of it. Don't for a minute let that somehow diminish the value of what we do - you'll be astounded when you see the impact we will have on your telecom expenditures. And with your improved pricing, you can expect better service and responsiveness than you've ever experienced. We just wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to come to the conclusion that there's absolutely no logical reason why you shouldn't let us come to work for you. That's all there is to it.

As we like to say, life is full of tough decisions. This isn't one of them.
