Step Three
The Paperwork
Our goal is to make this whole process as simple and painless for you as possible. If you've ever filled out the requisite paperwork for these types of services before, you know it's usually neither simple nor painless.

Description: We'll email you one simple form - it's called a Dedicated Services Info Request Form (DSIRF). It's a Word Document, so you can type directly into it. It will ask you for things like your Corporate Billing Address, Service Address(es), contact info, technical (configuraiton) info, and other pertinent info necessary for us to order the services you require. We'll then take the data and transpose it onto all of the necessary documents needed to get your new services ordered correctly, and forward them to you completely filled out. All you'll have to do is review them for accuracy and put a signature to them. That's it. You're done.

This would be a good time to bring up a very important point - you'll find our Service Agreements to be the most customer-friendly you've ever seen. While there are a couple of exceptions due to specific contractual requirements of certain carriers, most of the Service Agreements you'll see from us are very simple and straightforward. The reason for that? We've negotiated all of the clauses out of the Agreements that you would normally find disconcerting or, at the very least, distasteful. For example, with rare exceptions, we never recommend anything longer than a 12 month agreeement. Our pricing is not dictated by term length, and we want to be able to further improve your circumstance when it's feasable to do so - if we were to "marry" you to particular product or carrier for 24 or 36 months (or, frighteningly, 60 months, which is something we've seen more often than you might think), we would effectively render ourselves useless to you until the expiration of the term. That is counterintuitive to our entire business model. In addition to that, you'll discover the following:

No volume commitments
No minimum utilization requirements
No early termination penalties
No minimum call duration restrictions
No average call duration requirments
No "base rates" with "discounts" based on term length and volume commitment. Those are never in your best interest.

We've structured our Agreements so that our products and services are configured to serve the best interests of our clients, not the carriers. If you can remember to bear in mind that we work for you, all of the things we do (and don't do) will make perfect sense.
