Step One

The Analysis
Genesis Telemanagement's Telecom Savings Analysis is a no-risk opportunity to identify tremendous savings for your organization. The first step towards understanding the scope of your Telecom Expense Management needs is to identify the savings potential that exists within your company. We'll bring the finer points of your telecom expenditures into the light. We'll show you what others can't. Or won't.

The more specific information you can provide to us, the more surgically precise we can be in formulating the ideal solution for your unique needs from our vast arsenal of products and services. 

Description: This is the only part of the entire process that requires any effort at all on your part, and it's nominal effort at that. Simply gather up the summaries of your most recent invoices (along with a few pages of call detail) from your current providers and forward them to us via fax or email (we've had clients overnight their entire bills - that too is an option). So you can be sure you send the right info, we'll need the following information to perform the analysis properly:

Number of calls, actual minutes of usage and associated costs for the following categories;

•  Interstate Outbound (State to State)
•  Interstate Inbound
•  Intrastate Outbound (Within your State)
•  Intrastate Inbound
•  International (including destination countries so we can see where you call the most)

• Address and NPA-NXX (area code and prefix) for each of your service locations
• Number of T1s or DS3s in service at each location

•  If available, CDRs (call detail records) for the last billing cycle (or two). This is particularly important so we can configure your solution with the most aggressive pricing possible while ensuring that we've taken your actual calling patterns into consideration right down to the proportion of your traffic that originates/terminates in RBOC/NonRBOC footprints.

By now you've probably recognized that we are what you would call "detail guys". We consider everything. From average call duration to calling patterns to RBOC/NonRBOC traffic distribution to loop pricing. That's one of the primary reasons we're able to produce results that are often truly astonishing to our clients, saving them tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands of dollars annually when they were previously convinced they had already done the very best they could hope to do. We're obsessed with the details that no one else wants to address. Why? Because they can't - when all someone has to offer you is a menu of products from their employer (AT&T, MCI, etc.), bringing these things up is to their distinct disadvantage. Not bringing them up is to your distinct disadvantage.

Once we've assembled all of the information, we'll perform a comprehensive analysis and look across the full spectrum of product offerings for the ideal solution. By prioritizing your specific requirements, we can determine which product (or combination of products) would provide the optimal scenario for your unique communications needs.
