To Whom it May Concern;

My husband and I own a sizable home improvement company, and because so much of our business is conducted over the phone (we use a Marketel Dialing System in our call center), we have been extremely particular about whom we have chosen for our telecommunications services. Making the wrong choice could be disastrous. Like most business owners, we have always been a bit uncomfortable with the thought of changing our service provider for fear that we would be exchanging quality service for better pricing. Over the last 10 years, we had been a loyal customer of AT&T and we were extremely skeptical about changing our service to what, in our opinion, was the unknown.

Well, about 3 years ago we got a call from a company called Genesis Telemanagement inviting us to take advantage of their rather unique service. Initially we were not interested, but as the conversation continued and we learned more, we felt they might have some solutions to our extremely large phone bills and maybe it was worth taking a risk.

We decided to take them up on their offer and I have to tell you, it was a great choice. The transition form AT&T was completed without incident, and if I ever need help, Genesis is always there to take care of me (even when the issue is not the fault of our new carrier). They have left me free to take care of more productive work and they have saved us a significant amount of money.
