Important Disclosure:
We consider it an extreme honor to have served the BBB and its members, and to have received Authorized Member Benefit Status after enduring a year long process which included extensive investigation of our history, financials, and references by both the BBB's Marketing Committee and Oversight Committee. However, because Genesis has always been focused primarily on dedicated voice and data/IP applications and we found the majority of BBB members to be outside that realm at that time, we felt it appropriate to retire our offering to the BBB after 2 years.
While we felt it was important for you to see that Genesis could withstand the extreme scrutinization of an organization like the BBB and emerge with the proverbial "flying colors", at this time, we would no longer be considered an active Authorized Member Benefit, nor does their mention here constitute an endorsement by the BBB.

After careful consideration, Genesis Telemanagement has been authorized by the Better Business Bureau's Board of Directors to present its services to our members as a new member benefit.
